Sharon Duncan

Sharon has been advocating for Buyers and Sellers in the Kingsport, Tri Cities area with passion and enthusiasm for 15 years.  Sharon is a consistent top producer earning many awards and recognitions in her career.  Her experience and knowledge goes above and beyond while representing her clients by being a great listener and putting her negotiating skills to work for you.   

At the end of the day it is about communicating, and building lasting relationships.

Sharon is very involved in her community and connected to what is happening locally.  She currently serves on the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR) Board of Directors and NETAR Past President (2015) and has served on many committees.  She held the position of Division Vice President for TN Realtors, and serving and chairing committees at the state level. Locally she is a member of HOPE Board of Directors, Kingsport Planning Commission and volunteers many hours with nonprofits and organizations in need. 

Sharon enjoys spending time with her husband Darrell and family, and loves to travel.
