Mrs. Freeman is professional and very responsive to my request. She took the time and asked the proper questions in order to identify the property I am seeking. Kimberly is more concerned about finding me the right home versus just making a sale. Kimberly is also very knowledgable about the area to include the school systems and the areas most likely to increase in value. We had searched long and hard for the exact piece of land we were looking for using several agents before Kimberly. Once we found her, we knew we had the right realtor. Her professionalism and attention to detail were immediately evident. She worked tirelessly and found the land we were looking for in short order. I am one who returns calls and e-mails promptly and expect those I do business with to do the same. I got quite frustrated with other realtors not returning calls or answering questions and worst of all taking us and showing us property that was nothing like what we wanted or had described. Not Kim, she answered each and every call and inquiry promptly and showed us only property she felt met our specifications. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with. Aside from her excellent knowledge of the areas and homes that we looked at, she was always available, always patient and always went above and beyond to address our needs and desires. Kim helped me with the purchase of an investment property. Great communicator. She found just what I was looking for in the neighborhood I wanted. She did a great job when it came time to make an offer. They countered our first offer and after we made our last and final offer the seller accepted.
