The purchase of a new home is an exciting time but can also be a little demanding and stressful.  Having a realtor that is well versed in the steps of finding a home, negotiating a contract, and following up on the contract through to closing is the most valuable tool a purchaser can have.  I have been in the real estate business since 1988 and would love to use my experience as your real estate agent to help your new home purchase be a good and exiting experience. 

• I began my real estate career building spec homes to sale in 1988, where it was necessary for me to gain knowledge in           purchasing, selling, financing and the construction of homes.

• Became a licensed contractor in the state of TN in 2003.

• Began working as a licensed real estate agent in the state of TN. In 2006.

• Started serving on the planning commission board in Church Hill TN. In 2014.
