Town & Country Realty Basic Training

Our sales associates' professional development begins immediately upon being licensed if not before. This program will give you the fundamental real estate sales skills to help you generate and build your business even while you are in class. You will learn to:

  • Generate business using innovative technology/marketing tools, systems and strategies.
  • Learn real life application for Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia Real Estate Commission agency requirements and facilitating promulgated contract and addendum forms.
  • Create your own customized Buyer and Listing Presentations and re-enforce them through role play.
  • Learn how to analyze market data to support pricing recommendations and bring value to your client.
  • Enhance communication skills in order to provide clients with clear, comprehensive information in order that they can make informed decisions throughout the process of buying or selling a home.
  • Help your clients all through the process from contract to closing, including issues related to financing, title insurance, inspections, repairs, insurability of the property, and more.

Town & Country Realty basic training is designed to equip newly licensed agents with the resources and confidence necessary to start and grow a successful business. Invaluable on-site group training is taught by our education director. These interactive sessions, role-playing and other vehicles help rookies learn every aspect of the business.
