Marsha Fandl

An East Tennessee native, Marsha began her real estate career in 1997 with Town & Country Realty and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors.   A Tennessee licensee, she holds the GRI, SRES and SNF designations and has consistently received NETAR’s Education Award. 

Marsha’s business background includes much combined experience in residential construction/development, local/State government and economic development environments.

Upholding and adhering to a strict Realtor Code of Ethics, along with personal integrity, Marsha strives to go above and beyond the expected realm of real estate assistance to all her customers and clients – no matter the level of need.
